Relaxation

Relaxation refers to a state of physical and mental calm, where the body and mind are consciously released from tension, stress or worry. This can be achieved through various methods such as deep breathing, meditation, yoga or a quiet nature walk. Relaxation plays a crucial role in promoting overall wellbeing and reducing the impact of daily life stressors.
