The raw material BentoHealth® is purified Bentonite, which consists of the clay type montmorillonite. This is an absorbent mineral clay formed by the decomposition of volcanic ash. BentoHealth® is intended to have a protective and stabilizing effect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract by forming a protective gel when it comes into contact with fluid in the stomach. The mineral clay is alkaline/basic and thus balances the body's pH level and can be beneficial in preventing and reducing problems such as constipation or diarrhea, gas formation and bloating and heartburn, among others. The mineral clay is absorbent and can easily bind to unwanted substances (toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, etc.) in the gastrointestinal tract and transport them away, release them or replace them.
