Description
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has been used as a medicine and food for thousands of years due to its active ingredient curcumin. Curcumin has anti-inflammatory effects in the body and is a strong antioxidant, which is also described in the scientific literature. Traditional curcumin has limited absorption in the body, which can result in low utilization and effect. That's why SHIFT™ Curcumin contains added HydroCurc®, which is effectively absorbed and utilized by the body. In addition, there is a full 210 mg of curcumin per tablet, so you can get a good effect from the product.

Use
Recommended daily dosage: 1 tablet.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place below 25 degrees. Keep out of reach of children.

Since curcumin is fat-soluble and the environment in the stomach and intestines is fluid, the body will have difficulty utilizing and absorbing traditional curcumin. To solve this, SHIFT™ Curcumin uses the raw material HydroCurc® with the addition of safe and effective excipients (emulsifiers) that increase the absorption of curcumin in the body. This has been documented in a clinical randomized double-blind study published in the scientific journal European Journal of Nutrition (1).
