Description
Broad-spectrum enzyme complex
SHIFT™ Zym Broad Spectrum contains a combination of enzymes with different functions. Proteases break down proteins, amylase acts on starch, and lipase acts on fat. The complex also contains alpha-galactosidase, which acts on certain carbohydrates, including those in legumes, and cellulase, which acts on cellulose from plants. This means that the product includes enzymes targeting several different components in food.
