However, it must be taken directly after this has been done, and with a glass of water on the side.

We can also recommend the product Medcoat tablet cover for easier swallowing of tablets.

What time of day should supplements be taken?
There is no general rule for what time of day a supplement should be taken, it depends more on what you personally feel is best. The most important thing is to take the daily dose.
Some people like to take supplements in the morning, while others like to take them after food in the afternoon and evening.

Some people may experience discomfort if supplements are taken on an empty stomach, which is why we recommend taking them after a meal. The raw materials in SHIFT are mainly easily absorbable and nature-identical, so absorption is not affected by food intake.

Which supplements are important to take in winter?

In addition to vitamin D, you may want to take omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin C to strengthen the immune system against colds and flu, which are more common in winter. It may also be useful to take some extra zinc as it plays a crucial role in the immune system and helps to fight infections.

What types of vitamins are most important to consume and why?

Do I need to take supplements when I exercise?

It depends on individual factors such as diet, exercise routine and any underlying health issues.

During exercise, it is particularly important to ensure adequate intake of vitamins and minerals that support the body's functions and performance. These include vitamin D, which contributes to muscle function and strength, and magnesium, which is important for muscle contraction and energy metabolism.
